03 - Add milk, egg, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Gently fold until just combined—do not overmix to keep muffins tender.
04 - Evenly divide the mixture among the 12 muffin cups, pressing gently to pack each one.
05 - Spoon a small amount of ketchup onto the top of each muffin, spreading lightly.
06 - Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the tops are lightly browned.
07 - Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm.
